A customized shape for a better integration

Usually, thermal issues are taken into account in systems conception after primary functions design.  With our customer, we harmonize thermal solution using all the potential of 3D printing. A curved plate or a complex shape can be filled by fins or lattice structure in order to create the heat exchanger. With our background and data base of results on 3D structures, we perform a first analysis of thermal and fluid performances in order to check the feasibility of the concept.
