Pitot probes allow estimating aircraft speed by measuring dynamic and static pressure. At high altitude, icing the device is a major risk for the security of the aircraft. In ordre to save the Pitot probes, a thermal management must be done.
In this example, we propose to replace massive parts by Lattice structures in order to reduce the weigth of the component. In the main part of the Pitot, we add gyroid structures connected to the base with a pipe. This structures is very interesting for fluid mixing and thus heat transfer management in monophasic flow or diphasic flow.
